We recommend staying in or near Hudson, as we’ll be running buses to and from Hudson to Pine Plains on the wedding day. The after party will also take place back in Hudson. If you’re planning on driving to the wedding, there are plenty of hotel and Airbnb options in the surrounding towns too. Do not count on Lyft & Uber being available.

BY TRAIN

Amtrak runs regular service from Penn Station to Hudson (HUD), a quick ride along the Hudson River. The station is right in town—just a few minutes from most hotels and shops.

BY CAR

Driving from New York City takes about 2–2.5 hours via the Taconic Parkway or I-87 North toward Albany. Hudson has plenty of parking, and driving makes it easy to explore nearby towns.

BY AIR

The closest airport is Albany International (ALB), about a 45-minute drive from Hudson. Most major car rental companies operate out of the airport, and we recommend renting a car.
